Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened service so we can remain on schedule for other guests. Full service charges may still apply.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than [24 hours] before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in:
a no-show fee,
forfeiture of the reserved service time, or
loss of the session for members or package holders.
Any specific cancellation or no-show fees will be communicated at the time of booking or through your membership terms.
5. Membership Terms
If you enroll in a membership, including any Founding Membership offer, the following terms apply unless otherwise stated in writing:
Billing
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at signup.
By enrolling, you authorize Alter Scalp Spa to charge your saved payment method according to your selected membership plan.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or exchanged unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unused services do not roll over unless your specific membership offer says they do.
Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled with [30 days’ notice], unless otherwise stated in your membership plan.
No refunds will be provided for partial membership periods or unused benefits.
Founding Memberships
Founding Membership pricing may be offered for a limited time only and may be discontinued at any time for new members. Existing members in good standing may retain their founding rate for as long as the membership remains active, subject to the terms of their plan.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking, the time of service, or according to your membership billing schedule.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking or transaction if payment cannot be processed.
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
We do not guarantee refunds for completed services, missed appointments, partially used memberships, gift cards, promotional purchases, or unused sessions.
Any exception to this policy is made at our sole discretion.
8. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Promotional offers, discounts, and limited-time pricing may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

By booking a service, you confirm that you are in appropriate condition to receive scalp and wellness services.
You agree to inform us before your service of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, scalp conditions, injuries, or other health concerns that may affect your treatment.
Our services are for wellness and self-care purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Alter Scalp Spa does not provide medical advice.
We are not responsible for reactions or outcomes related to information not disclosed by you before treatment.

Results from scalp or wellness services may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
